Advanced Beginner 2 patterns are just a slight step up from Advanced Beginner 1 patterns. Stitchwork still includes fairly simple lace, cables, and colorwork, but the stitch patterns are a little more involved. There may be some simple shaping and working in the round or picking up of stitches along a straight edge.
