Sometimes you just need a little something to layer over your top. Here's a cute number that hugs your shape in a most flattering way with a sweet shawl collar and bolero shape.
The back is knit in a very nice lace stitch that resembles ornate Moroccan tile patterns. Ribbing is then picked up all around with sts cast on to create the armholes.
The ribbing is generous enough to gently pull in for a flattering fit in back.
Clever short rows are then used to create the front bolero shaping, as well as the shaping for the shawl collar.
One hank of the fingering weight yarn is all it takes for the 2 smaller sizes, with no seaming and only two ends to weave in at finishing. Et voila, a sleeveless shrug when you need just that little something to complete your outfit.
