A super easy baby beanie hat - to knit on size 10-1/2 needles. The instructions are very easy-to-follow, with extensive explanations and NO abbreviations. A perfect knitting pattern for a newbie who has just learned to knit, purl, do simple decreasing, and is looking for a fun project.
Knit in one piece on size 10-1/2 straight knitting needles, then seamed up the back.
Knit in a soft, wonderful cotton/acrylic blend called GGH Goa yarn.
Finished Knit Measurements: TO FIT SIZES: 0-6 months, 6-12 months.

Yarn Used: GGH Goa (50% Cotton, 50% Acrylic; 50g/1.75oz ball [60m/66yds] per ball: 1 (2)balls in Blue #14, Lime #45, or Pink #35.
Gauge(s):
Pattern Gauge: 19 stitches = 6" and 5 rows = 1" in St st on Size 10 1/2 (6.5mm) needles.
Yarn Label Gauge and Information: A bulky weight yarn with a gauge of 13 stitches = 4" on sizes 8 to 10 needles.
Total Yardage Required: Approximately 60 (120)m [66 (132) yds].
